Refund policy 

As we are a reputed 5th generation saree company, with more than 1 lakh + happy customers. we are won't accept returns unless until if we have send a damaged / wrong product sent to you. Strictly no returns will be taken for the slight colour variation or feel of the material as we use the pure and fine quality cotton, silk and silk cotton for weaving our sarees. we take all effort to reproduce the same colour, there will a colour variation due to the device pixel or device temperature or due to the screen brightness. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Before packing we will be inspecting all our product and do quality check all our products for any damage. if in case if you received a damaged product kindly notify us within 24 hours after receiving the product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds for the wrong product or damaged product will be processed within 48 after the product is received by ChettinadHandloom.
